Pomacanthus semicirculatus, half-circled angelfish

Juvenile Half-circled Angelfish, Pomacanthus semicirculatus, (above) have a very bright blue, black and white semicircular pattern. They are usually found hiding in crevices.

Adults (bottom) are less secretive and are yellowish brown with small blue spots. The middle picture shows a transitional stage
