Arothron nigropunctatus, black-spotted pufferfish

The Black-spotted Pufferfish, Arothron nigropunctatus, has variable colouring from white through grey, yellow and brown with random black spots. There is a pale or white bar across the snout. The Black-spotted Pufferfish feeds on sponges, algae, corals and other invertebrates.
