The White-banded Damsel, Plectroglyphidodon leucozonus, is grey to black with a white vertical bar in the middle of the body. Juveniles (above) have a large eye-like spot (ocellus) behind the bar. Both the bar and ocellus fade in adults.
Distribution =  widespread tropical Indo-Pacific
Max size = 10cms
