The White Eyed Moray, Siderea thyrsoidea, is easily recognised by its bright, white eyes. |
These are quite common at Julian Rocks, usually only the head is seen poking out from a crevice. It is quite unusual to see the entire animal. |
The head is dark brown or grey and the body is lighter and mottled. |
