These two unfortunate creatures were found on Saturday 5th November 2005 at Main Beach. It appeared that the numbfish had tried to eat the porcupine fish, and died in the attempt. There are reports of wobbegongs also experiencing similar fates as "victims" of the porcupine fish.

About a week after this event a porcupine fish swim bladder was found on the beach.
